Tasting Notes

This Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva is made with 100% organically grown Sangiovese, Prungolo Gentile (a local clone of Sangiovese) and Canaiolo. It is deep red in color, full-bodied with intense aromas of cinnamon, red fruit, pepper and vanilla. Tannins are relevant but smooth and not overpowering. A complex wine that is perfect for meditation, best with roasted meat and grilled steak Fiorentina.

Cavalierino Vino Nobile Riserva features a stylish metal label and comes in wooden cases of 6/750ml, with a slide-out top.
