Tasting Notes

This Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva is made only in the vest years and using a selection of the best grapes. The varietal notes and aromas of broom and jasmine are enhanced through the  cold maceration process used during vinification and the subtle oak ageing accounts for complexity and structure, without being too overpowering and ensuring good ageability (6 to 10 years if stored properly). A full-bodied white wine that will accompany well rich appetizers, fish stews, shellfish, stuffed vegetables, white meats and creamy cheeses.
