Tasting Notes

Lunae’s N.1 Rose’ Spumante Brut is as unique as the number it bears on its label. A unique sparkling wine made of a blend of native varietals from a region, Liguria, not usually associated with sparkling wines. N.1 Rose’ is made with 50% Vermentino Nero and 50% Ciliegiolo, produced with the long Charmat method which requires a total of 6 months of fining for a Spumante di Qualita’ designation (regular Spumante Brut only required 1 month fining between autoclave and bottle).

A delicate pink with subtle hints of cherry skin, distinguished by fragrant floral aromas, notes of red fruits and citrus. Refined bubbles, fresh and harmonious on the palate, where the fruity notes and a pleasant finish emerge with great freshness and minerality. Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif, with seafood dishes, sushi and shellfish.
