Tasting Notes

This Rosso di Montepulciano is made with 100% organicallyl grown Sangiovese, Prugnolo Gentile (a local clone of Sangiovese) and Canaiolo. Vivid red color with hints of cassis, currants, pepper and spices. A lively wine with a dry finish typical of Sangiovese and very low tannins. The wine is best served at room temperature with a variety of dishes starting with coldcut appetizers, pizza, pasta and roasted or grilled meat.
