Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC

Tasting Notes

Ribolla Gialla is the most typical grape grown in the eastern hills of Friuli. It is a faded straw-colored wine with soft light green reflections. There are fruity aromas on the nose with hints of citrus and green apple. Extremely elegant on the palate, thanks to its minerality, and it finishes with the pleasant citrine sensation typical of this wine. It can be a splendid and intriguing aperitif, and this delicate wine is also a perfect match for seafood appetizers, sea-bass baked in salt, risotto with asparagus, and various souffles.
