A delightful Prosecco DOC ‘Frizzante’, lightly-sparkling, is the modern way of enjoying prosecco. Made with 100% estate-grown Glera grapes sourced from the younger vines on the Tenuta Sant’Anna property. Prosecco Frizzante comes in a fun, colorful packaging (only 2.5 atmospheres in pressure allow for stelvin closure) and matching carton with is ideal for stacking.
TSA Prosecco Frizzante is easy and pleasant with enticing with aromas of acaia, peach and pear flowers. Initially fresh and soft to the palate, the flavor gives way to fruity notes and a touch of sapidity. Very versatile, it is ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with appetizers, light cold cuts or with the entire meal (especially seafood, fired fare and also Asian dishes). Serve well chilled.

Vinification |
After harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed gently. The must obtained is transferred to steel vats for winemaking at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place is pressurized tanks and stopped at around 2.5 atmospheres. |
