Tasting Notes

A delightful Prosecco DOC ‘Frizzante’,  semi-sparkling, is the modern way of enjoying prosecco. 100% Glera grapes (aka prosecco) are sourced from the younger vineyards at Tenuta Sant’Anna.

The second fermentation takes place is pressurized steel tanks and with only 2.5 atmospheres of pressure it can forgo the wire cage for a more innovative closure: the screwcap. With 15gr/lt of residual sugar it is easy and pleasant, with enticing with aromas of acaia, peach and pear flowers. initially fresh and soft to the palate, the flavor gives way to fruity notes and a touch of sapidity.
Very versatile, Silterra  Prosecco Frizzante is ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with appetizers, light cold cuts or with the entire meal. Serve well chilled.
