Tasting Notes

Lucrezia is the winery’s entry level white wine and it is dedicated to one of the owner’s daughter. It is made with 100% organically grown Passerina grapes (a local whie varietal). Straw yellow in color. Fruity and intense on the nose, which lingers through on the palate and finish. Pairs well with fish and meat (both cooked and raw), first courses without tomato, and soft cheeses.
