Maremma Toscana DOP ‘MOMI’

Tasting Notes
Momi is the combination of the finest grapes sourced from the family’s estates in the Maremma: the Sangiovese (which makes up 60% of the blend) is sourced from the Poggio Moreto estate (in Scansano), while Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), Montepulciano d’Abruzzo (20%) and Petit Verdot (5%) are sourced from Tenuta I Massi in Roccastrada.
Momi is dedicated to Prince Girolamo Strozzi, also known as ‘Momi’ by close friends and family, and is an acknowledgement of his commitment and passion poured into the creation of innovative wines from his beloved Maremma.
Momi is an expressive red wine with black cherry and blackberry flavors picking up accents of black pepper and earth. No oak ageing keeps the aromas sharp and focused. Full-bodied and warm, yet lively with refreshing tannins. Enjoy with fresh pasta and meat dishes.
