Dolcetto d’Alba DOC ‘Pian Balbo’

Tasting Notes
100% Dolcetto d’Alba sourced from Tenuta Roncaglia in the Barbaresco DOCG area. From a single-vineyard called Pian Balbo, planted in 1980. Stainless steel.
Intense ruby-red in color with purplish rim. A refined nose with cherry and plum aromas and notes of spices and almonds. There is ripe fruit on the palate with fine tannins and a full body. It is a perfect match for Italian pasta dishes.
