Tasting Notes

100% Dolcetto from family-owned, single-vineyard called Le Ciliegie in Monforte d’Alba. Vines area approx. 40 years old. No oak ageing, 12 months in stainless steel only.

A versatile, ruby red wine with purple hues. Floral, mint and licorice aromas pick up black cherry and blackberry flavors and violet notes. Dense yet fresh, imparting a light-footed feel. Well suited for everyday drinking, it will pair nicely with appetizers, pasta courses, meat dishes and fresh cheeses.
