Bolgheri Superiore DOC Vignare’

Tasting Notes
A classic Bordeaux-style blend from the Bolgheri area, Vignaré is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Merlot 40% sourced from the Villa Le Pavoniere estate in Maremma. Vinified and matured for 18 months in small French oak casks. Over two years’ bottle ageing makes this wine potent and full of character, with incredible elegance.
A deep ruby red wine, with aromas of blackberry and cassis along with nuanced spicing and leather notes. In the mouth, silky tannins lead to an elegant finish. This opulent red will match perfectly with a variety of dishes, especially meat such as roasted pork, game or a juicy steak.
