Tasting Notes

Sustainably grown Nebbiolo sourced from estate-owned vineyards in Verduno. Vineyards are facing south-west, at 300mt asl. Yields per hectare are 5,000/6,000kg obtained through cluster thinning. Sustainable practices are applied in the vineyards, so strict attention is paid to the cultivation of their grapes: the winery is certified by “The Green Experience” for environmentally low impact practices.

Pietro Rinaldi Barolo is bright rudy red with purple reflections. It offers intense aromas of ripe fruit, blackberries and prunes. A very elegant Barolo with gentle tannins with a fresh, long finish. A great wine that finds its natural pairings with dishes of the Piedmontese tradition, braised beef, wild boar, hearty pastas.
